For example, if your Throat Centre is defined, your voice and communication are top-notch tools for leading and give you access to your creative power instantly.
On the flip side, undefined centres are worth understanding too, as they can be spots of vulnerability and gaining wisdom from others. Getting a grip on these areas helps you steer clear of trouble and make the most of growth opportunities. For instance, if your Solar Plexus Centre is undefined, you might be sensitive to others' emotions and tend to magnify them. But with some awareness, you can learn to handle this and let others' emotions pass through you instead of soaking them up.
