Fresh Collective was born out of my desire to redefine leadership, both in the traditional sense but also personal leadership. Recognising the limitations and inefficacies of traditional "command and control" leadership styles, I've been driven to create a container that emphasises holistic, intuitive, and collaborative approaches to leadership development.

The cornerstone of Fresh Collective's philosophy is the Intuitive Leaders Model, a framework I developed after witnessing the transformative power of intuitive decision-making and authentic self-expression.
This framework is designed to cultivate leaders who not only excel in their professional arenas but also contribute positively to their communities and foster environments of growth and inclusion.
At Fresh Collective, every program, retreat, and coaching session is built around the integration of Rhythm, Energy, and Growth—key components of the Intuitive Leaders Model. This approach encourages you to understand and embrace your unique rhythms, manage your energy effectively, and continuously seek personal and professional growth. By integrating these elements, you are empowered to navigate the complexities of modern leadership with grace, resilience, and authenticity, ensuring that you are not only successful but also true to yourself and your values.

Hi, I’m Lindsey and I’m a 1/3 Sacral Manifesting Generator. If you are new to Human Design, this probably sounds really weird to you. Don't worry, if you stick around, it will all make sense soon enough.
My goal is to give you invaluable insights to add to your awareness and understanding of how your unique energies work. I can show you how you can use this awareness to re-align yourself and your leadership style to who you are when living your true potential.

Much of what I share combines my experiences with leadership, personal development and obsession with the Human Design system. Leadership roles and leading myself have been core themes for most of my life, but it wasn’t until I discovered my own human design it changed everything – for the better.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve never felt like I quite fit in because my ideas were not considered to be the norm. Instead of embracing this and using it to put my best self forward, I would try to fit in, try to fit the mould of what others wanted, but that never felt quite right. Imposter syndrome anyone?
I like doing things my own way, I like experimenting, and I like discovering things for myself, especially if I think there is a different way of doing something. I’m not someone who can even follow a recipe properly because I’ll change ingredients or not measure them (just eyeballing the amounts instead). I’m not great at following someone else’s instructions. If anyone ever says to me, “Just follow the formula, it works”, I get this internal resistance against it, “But surely there is a better/different way.” It felt like this constant internal struggle between what was considered ‘best practice’ vs what felt right for me. Who even decides what best practice is? Probably some old white guy sitting in his privileged seat in society, if I had to take an educated guess.

Once I learnt my personal human design and delved deeper into it, it was like a permission slip to be myself, to embrace my uniqueness and not feel like I had to apologise for who I am or why I won’t conform to others’ expectations. It’s truly been an eye opening and heart opening experience. And I want to help you understand your human design so you can be unapologetically you as well and show up as your best, unique self. To be the leader you want to follow and to find inspiration from within instead of constantly looking outside of yourself for validation. I would be honoured if you came on this journey with me. I will never tell you how you need to do it, but I will guide you to walk your own path, in your own way.
And if you are actually interested in any of my leadership experience, I've had a diverse career spanning leadership roles in government and private organisations, entrepreneurship, emergency services, and non-profit sectors. My leadership style has often been described as "A breath of fresh air" because I take a holistic approach that inspires and empowers, rather than a 'do what I say, not what I do' attitude. As a 1/3 profile (in my human design), it is no surprise that I've been heavily involved in investigations over my career and also hold a bunch of certifications, from a Bachelor of Science to coaching modalities, hypnotherapy, intuitive communication, personal training, and human design. I am a lifelong learner whose greatest joy is fostering growth and transformation in others and myself.
